Bug description:
  I created a USB stick with 12.04.1 64bit and it appeared to finish
  correctly, but then the crash dialogue appeared.

  (I hope the USB stick was created properly, because I'm actually
  trying to reinstall 12.04 because I want to get rid of 12.10.  I don't
  hope I'm stuck here ;)
