Bug description:
  edubuntu live italian version 10/6 quantal build

  I want to submit a bug using ubuntu-bug from a terminal window but I always get the message shown in the attached screen-shot.
  I tried
  ubuntu-bug nautilus
  ubuntu-bug casper
  ubuntu-bug apport
