[Bug 1065536] [NEW] rsyslog imrelp module doesn't do DNS resolve to hostname

Public bug reported:

rsyslog imrelp module doesn't do DNS resolve of ip address to hostname.
This results in property %fromhost% to be numeric.

This is fixed in upstream rsyslog.
Patch is simple and attached.
