[Bug 1066100] [NEW] Who are you? page with orca reads poorly in places

Public bug reported:

going through the fields I hear:

Your name Your name text

(I type Alan Bell at this point)

The name it uses when it talks to other computers The name it uses when
it talks to other computers your computer's name alan-virtualbox
selected

this is a bit backwards, it is great that it is reading the subtext, but
it would be better to read "your computers name, the name it uses when
it talks to other computers" (I don't like the wording for sighted users
either but that is a separate issue)

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
