Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  after completing the screen reader install you are prompted to
  restart. Then the GUI shuts down and on the console there is a silent
  message telling you to eject the installation media and press return
  to reboot. The screen reader install should tell you this before the
  screen reader shuts down. e.g. "Ubuntu will now shut down. When the
  disk activity ends, eject any installation media such as a CD and
  press return to reboot"
