Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  It would be great to have a screen on the front of the installer when
  started with orca with a description of how to use orca and what steps
  the installer goes through and tips on getting to the end of it.
  Starting with pressing tab to move about between items on the screen
  and enter to select them, e.g. "for each screen press tab to go
  through fields and checkboxes, until you get to the forward button and
  hit return to go to the next page or tab again to cycle through the
  options again."
