Hi researcher,

thank you for reporting, but unfortunally there are no plans to improve
the installer ubiquity for Ubuntu11.10.

To get arround this bug you can download a more recent Ubuntu version,
which incorporates a newer version of the ubiquity installer.

You can try with Ubuntu12.04.1, but when I remember correct I have seen
this stacktrace also there in the last days(may be I am not correct with
this - have not found the report I have mentioned at a glance).

You could also try(personal I see this as recommend)

http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/

which gives you the latest images of Ubuntu12.10. It is stable and will
be released in the next week official.
