It is the xserver in apt.log:

Investigating (4) xserver-xorg-video-all [ i386 ] < 1:7.6+12ubuntu1 ->
1:7.7+1ubuntu4 > ( x11 )

Much more which tells the log. I have not copied here. Please look
there.
