I suspicious that you mean a release upgrade from 11.04 to Ubuntu 12.04.

Unfortunally the report you have filed here give us near no information,
because of missing logs.

You can find them in

/var/log/dist-upgrade

Please attach them one by one.  Only when you are not able to do so, you
are allowed to attach the dist-upgrade folder as tar.gz(pleases think of
the time we investigage(voluntaring - not payed for)).

For now I set the status of the report to incomplete.

Please set it back to new when you have provided the logs.
