[Bug 609775] [NEW] Cyrillic characters doesn't displayed in VT and recovery mode

Cyrillic characters doesn't displayed in VT and recovery mode since
Kubuntu Natty. When I open VT or recovery console in Lucid all cyrillic
characters displayed in without problems. But in Natty I see only
rectangles instead of letters.
