RussianNeuroMancer, the apport-collect was unsuccessful because you were
booted into the mainline kernel. For more on this, please see
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs#Adding_apport-
collect_information_to_an_existing_Launchpad_bug .

However, could you please boot into a Ubuntu repo kernel and execute the following at a terminal:
apport-collect -p linux 543036

Bug description:
  I have a Lenovo Y550A laptop.
  Fn+F4 should open monitor settings, Fn+F5 should open wireless settings.
  I test it using xev - no any reaction to this buttons.
