Title:
"Install them side by side" is available even when there's no other OS

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  <http://launchpadlibrarian.net/23359915/advanced-336755.png> shows
that the "Install them side by side, choosing between them each
startup" option is available even when there are currently no
  operating systems installed.

The option should be available only if there is at least one operating
  system already installed.
