In the more current ubiquity we have the prepare page which warns about
available disk-space. Of course that does not guarantee that side-by-
side install will be available, but the title should be correct: "this
computer has Windows on it, what do you want to do?". Is this
sufficient?

Title:
No explanation on partitioning screen of why dual-booting option isn't
available
Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: ubiquity
If there is not enough space on a disk to install Ubuntu alongside the
operating systems already present, the installer hides that option.
This is good, but it may leave people who were expecting that option
(such as people who have read the CD cover!) wondering why it isn't
there.
This could be fixed by a sentence before the radio button group:
"There is not enough disk space to install Ubuntu <version> alongside
this system/these systems", or something like that.
