Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. You seem to have a broken source file in your APT
configuration. Please run following commands to fix this issue:

sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/stebbins-handbrake-releases-precise.list
sudo apt-add-repository -y ppa:stebbins/handbrake-releases
sudo apt-get update

The first command removes the invalid PPA, the second command adds the
PPA back and the third command updates the package cache.

I am closing this bug as a duplicate of bug 994515 which has been fixed
in the latest version of Ubuntu - Quantal Quetzal. If you need a fix for
the bug in previous versions of Ubuntu, please do steps 1 and 2 of the
SRU Procedure [1] for bug 994515 to bring the need to a developer's
attention.
