Dear Ubuntu;
              I installed by ignorance 2 installation programs Synaptic & Aptitude.    Now I cannot download or install any other Ubuntu programs.    How do I correct this problem?     Thank you very much

Bug description:
  Dear People at Ubuntu;
             I installed 2 down load programs by mistake Synaptic & Aptitude.    This stops me from downloading  any other programs.    When I try to uninstall ether program I can't do it.      What  must I do?
