Public bug reported:
Just got this error while upgrading Kubuntu from precise to quantal:
Could not install '/var/cache/apt/archives/hostname_3.11ubuntu1_amd64.deb'
pre-dependency problem - not installing hostname
Could not install 'hostname'
package hostname is already installed and configured
No idea why this is happening.
** Affects: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
