Bad news!
In UbiquitySyslog.txt you have

in conjunction with much much I/O errors.
This indicates that you are facing a damaged hardware. Proplerly it is
the harddrive or the harddrive wire with thermal induced deformations of
the plugs(minimal, but enough). There should be a checkup of your
computer.
