[Bug 1068450] [NEW] error message in fresh install

Installed ubuntu 12.10 the normal way 32 bit.
Booted and gor a Red sign top right saying  (why wont you allow me to copy paste, i hope i spell it right. :/) 

"an error occured, please run package manager from the right.click menu
or apt-get in the terminal to see whats wrong. Error message was: 'ror
in sitecostomize; set PYTHONVERBOSE for trackback: EOFError: EOF read
when not expected 0.0; This usally means that your installed packages
have unmet dependencies"(ubuntu)

I didn't install anything, did you do something wrong??
