Philip, I'm reopening this as I believe this is actually a high priority
issue for the Release Team to figure out what's not working correctly.

Bug description:
  Hi all,

I have tried to install Ubuntu 12.10 Gnome Remix (stable) from usb-

error: you need to load kernel first.

Please press any key to return.

  ProblemType: Bug
  DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.10

Motherboard used: Asus M5A99x EVO (not SecureBoot enabled I believe?)

  Kind regards,

  Paul Zeiger
