[Bug 1071906] [NEW] Ubuntu Region Settings: Juba, South Sudan (please)

Public bug reported:

Dear Ubuntu,

it's a bit embarrassing but the regional settings for Ubuntu still list
Juba (the capital of the Republic of South Sudan, an independent nation
since July 9, 2011) as being in 'Sudan'.

We urge you to correct this ASAP (as well as any other settings and
references to cities in South Sudan which may still erroneously be
marked 'Sudan') so that we can better help promote and use Ubuntu in the
Republic of South Sudan.

I've already reported this, but was asked to post this as a bug ...
although it's not what I would consider a bug issue.
