Public bug reported:

Hello!

Two days ago upgraded home desktop from 10.04 to 12.04.

During upgrade I received several notifications about not configred
packages due to dependencies (resolev later by dplk --configure -a ,
apt-get install -f), but at the end update-manager said that I can
reboot.

This is definitely a bug- to tell user to reboot in presence of upgrade
problems.

** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
