[Bug 1073630] [NEW] Invalid Windows entry in GRUB1.99 menu

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu12.04 and Windows8 dualboot on 2 different disks. Default Windows
entry in GRUB menu fails to load Windows, machine will reboot when entry
is selected:
