[Bug 1046511] [NEW] Ubiquity does not notice new locales for the installer slideshow in slides/extras

Public bug reported:

Using ubuntu-defaults-image, one can add brand new locales to the
installer slideshow which weren't available for the final release of
ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu. These locales are added to /usr/share
/ubiquity-slideshow/slides/extras, but Ubiquity does not notice them due
to a typo in _find_available_locale in ubiquity/frontend/base.py.
