Title:
odly sized machines get odd partitioning

Status in “partman-auto” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
A click-through install of the VM with 24GB Ram and 16GB har-disk gets:
   - 0.5GB swap
   - 4.2G /
   - 11G /home

Which is not our "standard" layout of single partitioning with
  ubiquity.
