I'm using Lubuntu 13.04(amd64) with kernel version of 3.8.0-16.26; just
after bumping into bug 1026149 EVERYtime trying to update by update-
manager, I opened a terminal and typed "sudo apt-det update && sudo apt-
get upgrade" . Then an apport dialog popped up and took me here.
