was not installed.  They are located in /var/log/dist-upgrade.  Thanks

  No appearance settings available in System Settings

Status in “ubuntu-meta” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  In quantal I used to have an "Appearance" settings button in the
  "Personal" section of the System Settings.

  Since upgrading to raring I have not had one there.

  It was suggested on IRC that I was missing gnome-backgrounds, which I
  was, and installed, but it made no difference.

  I still have no Appearance settings.
