I agree. It's possible to scroll using the mouse wheel, but the scroll
bar is more or less useless.

Think there is a need to set an explicit (greater) height for that
TextView area (code in GtkLanguageSelector.py).

  On the window titled "The language support is not installed
  completely", the Details pane is so small as to be difficult to use,
  and the window cannot be resized to compensate. The scroll bar isn't
  even tall enough to have a draggable region. A screenshot is attached.
