Are you able to examine the disk at all after choosing "Try Ubuntu" when
booting the usb disk?
@Jackson the reporter said 'stucked' not 'sucked'.

Bug description:
1 Download raring desktop amd64 of 20130403 daily build
2 dd it onto a usb key drive
3 boot it into installation or boot into live desktop and launch ubiquity manually.
