[Bug 1167212] [NEW] Kernel cmdline "preseed/url" is invalid

Public bug reported:

The preseeding documentation refers to "preseed/url" as a valid cmdline
to indicate the location of a preseed file on the network:

However, this parameter is not read by casper itself. It only accepts
"url":

I suggest adding support for "preseed/url" in casper, rather than
changing the documentation.
