Public bug reported:

When booting using 13.04 Beta 2, I get the following error:

[ 5.315248] systemd-logind[2115]: New seat seat0.
[ 5.315304] systemd-logind[2115]: Failed to save seat data for seat0: No such file or directory

Which makes the login process take between 1 to 2 seconds longer (It
stays frozen for that period of time).

I removed the systemd-login0 package and the timing issue was solved but
the error still appears.
