[Bug 1169299] [NEW] Social slide screenshot includes Gwibber, but Gwibber is not available in Ubuntu 13.04

Public bug reported:

As the summary says, Gwibber has been removed from the Ubuntu
repository, replaced by friends-app. Neither of these is installed by
default. The best course of action is probably to remove the social
slide for Ubuntu 13.04, if we still have time.
