Status in “udev” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix
Status in “upstart” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Please remove udev and upstart from sync-blacklist. They use both a
  correct -XubuntuY schema for some releases now. upstart even got
  merged from Debian.
