[Bug 1170644] [NEW] link to c++ should be added to /usr/lib/ccache since cmake searches for it.

Public bug reported:

While using cmake in our project, we observed no ccache is used but
ccache is installed correctly (and works with qmake for e.g.). cmake is
using the c++ and will find it (/usr/bin) and therefore no ccache is
used until we created a new link insicde /usr/local/ccache.

This may also be cross related with the update-alternatives, which seems
to provide the symlink.

** Affects: ccache (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
