Hi Laurent,

Please note that mountall is only involved in the mounting at boot, it
has nothing to do with shutdown.  The messages shown here come from a
sysvinit script.

The spurious messages on shutdown about unmounting not-mounted
filesystems have previously been reported as bug #1097321.

The error reporting that the root filesystem is busy is a more serious
issue that can have various causes.  We should figure out what's holding
the root filesystem open on your system and fix it.
