I can see the "Erase Ubuntu 13.04 and reinstall" is the wipe & install
option. We change messaging based on the detected filesystems. Note the
heading for the page: "This computer has BLA. What would you like to
do?"

  A screenshot will serve more good than a thousand words here. I'll
  follow up shortly.

  Basically there is no option to use entire disc if something already
  exists on the disc.
