[Bug 1173020] [NEW] upgrade from kubuntu 12.10 to 13.04. error with linux-image-extra-3.8.0-19-generic

Public bug reported:

in the middle of the upgrade i got the messege - "the upgrade will
continue but the wlinux-image-3.8.0-19-generic package may not be
working state". and in the white window - "subprocess installed post-
installation script returned error exit status 2".
