I wonder if it is this bug which was fixed before the final release to
which they are referring:

casper (1.331) raring; urgency=low

  * Re-order the eject code so that the message is rendered before the eject
    which should fix the case where fonts or other bits are missing and the
    message can't be rendered. (LP: #966480)
  * Also detect swap space on virtio.

  there is a little drawback of the Ubuntu installation reported at the
  end of the website.

  Ubuntu13.04 is not able to restart after finishing installation, if
  performed in VirtualBox.

  May be this problem could be solved for the next release cycle.

  AFAIR there are other reports on this on launchpad. But I have them
  not at hand in the moment.

  This is not a really strange problem, but it may be seen of benefit if
  such issues could be prevented, if it is known that some reporters,
  well ... do reporting on this.
