  usb startup drive cannot be boot in old type p4 computer

Status in “installation-guide” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  lambda 9.04 r091101 and before version , I have 3 p4 computer, only 1
  computer can recognize fat16 fat32 ext3 file system. other computers
  can recognize  fat16 only. (bios is set to LS120). I have to manual
  format usb drive to fat16 by Gpart  before installation of usb startup
  drive. Pls give me options : fat16 fat32 ext3
