Please follow the steps in /usr/share/doc/udev/README.keymap.txt.gz to
check whether the keymap needs to be updated, and the right scan
code/keycode mapping. Thanks!

Title:
"CPU fan control not available" on Samsung 900X3c
Status in “udev” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Using Fn+F11 shows the message "CPU fan control not available" and the
current temperature. In 12.10 multiple pressing of these button
switches from silent to normal and I think something like turbo/heavy
use resulting in increasing usage of the fan.
In Ubuntu 13.04 this function is gone. In addition the keyboard back-
light buttons (Fn+F9 and Fn+F10) invoke the message but I can not
modify the brightness. It is always at max. More strange this is
independent whether the light is on or off.
