  Fix Released

Bug description:
  1. run mkdosfs with no parameters
  2. read the version and release date: "mkdosfs 3.0.14 (23 Jan 2023)" 10 years in the future

  Maybe the correct one should be: "mkdosfs 3.0.14 (23 Jan 2013)", 10
  years earlier.
