When somme modules of appache (mainly but not only) are accidently
deleted, install fail for theese package because modules config file
don't want reinstall.
I must do it by hand with midnight commander.
Somethings apen during the upgrade of my kubuntu and i had to reinstall
many things.
It seem to be enough good for now and you can close this bug, I think.

Bug description:
I have a problem with apache2 too which say than "order deny allow"
line 189 is not understand ( I can't restart it ) and virtuoso whitch
stay on a wait state and block installation until I kill it
When I try to reinstall packages, all files are not reinstall in
folders (/etc, /usr ) Why ???
