[Bug 1207580] [NEW] Bad help example in install help

there is an example screen that does not match the text of the help
document.

Please change the item selected to "Reinstall"  as the instructions say
(the first item on the screen, not the scond item which is shown) and
change the example shown from French to English. (or change the whole
document to any language you wish, but make it the SAME language
throughout the document.... maybe English).
