Title:
Siragon ML-1040 Machine hangs on reboot

Status in “upstart” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: upstart

  Mi problem is similar to
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/653732 with the
difference the machine shutdown perfectly via shell and gnome, it
hangs ONLY on reboot, requiring to manually power off and on the
  machine.

I try the workaround suggested on
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/653732/comments/5
  but didn't solve my problem.
