I definitely get X back on a VM..  what video card do you have?  Are you
using the proprietary AMD/nVidia drivers?

Bug description:
  I executed telinit 1 from console and I would like to  back to normal state but it was impossible. 
  I try:

  telinit 2

  secondly I try:

  I try from second console /etc/init.d/gdm start/stop and startx from
  console also but nothing only black screen or X with low resolution
