What is the name of the missing folder ?
What are the sizes and space on disk on Windows (from properties of the volume) and on Linux ("df" on mounted partition) ?

  HDD formated with NTFS using gnome-disk-utility doesn't show all files

Bug description:
  After formating one external 1TB HDD with NTFS using gnome-disk-
  utility and copying 553,5 GB in 26797 items, one of the root folders
  shows as empty on windows installations and the drive shows much less
  space used, on Linux, the files are all there and the correct space
  reported.
