apt version 0.8.16~exp12ubuntu10.10

If the following are set:

Acquire::cdrom::AutoDetect "true";
APT::cdrom::CdromOnly "false";

apt-get install fails with:
E: Method cdrom has died unexpectedly!
E: Sub-process cdrom received a segmentation fault.
