Perhaps you can use "sudo apt-get install unetbootin" as a workaround.

Bug description:
  It would be extremely convenient to prepare Fedora USB disks on Ubuntu
  without downloading separate tool or installing Windows.

  Both tools are Python and GPL. I am sure people can learn a lot from a
  process of merging them.
