This rule already exists in current udev, at least in saucy (could also
be in earlier releases already). Thanks!

Bug description:
  This ticket is analogue to bug #1099278 for VirtualBox MAC addresses,
  namely that /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules should skip
  VirtualBox guest network devices.
