Title:
  Split device-tree-compiler and libfdt

Status in “device-tree-compiler” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Hi,

I was wondering if someone can make it so this package installs libfdt
as well as the dtc. I am using libfdt to dynamically determine the
architecture and required compile flags in a soft-core processor
  (microblaze.)

  Thanks,
  Spenser
