Bug description:
  I'm using Ubuntu 13.10 dev with upstart 1.9.1-0ubuntu2 and for a few
  days I'm seeing these lines every time on booting:

  sworddragon at ubuntu:~$ dmesg | grep upstart
  [   14.113577] init: upstart-dbus-bridge main process (248) terminated with status 1
  [   14.113655] init: upstart-dbus-bridge main process ended, respawning
